WALL-E 2nd Anniversary and 50th Post: Credits

WHOOOO!!!!! 50 POSTS!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!! (Ahem) now that I've reached THAT milestone, enjoy the credits to WALL-E. BEST Credits I've ever seen, as they continue the story (using animation) combined with some great music. (The song is called By "Down To Earth") So, enjoy, comment, celebrate the two year anniversary of WALL-E, and hope I can reach another 50 posts, all the way to 100!!!!!

WALL-E 2nd Anniversary: Garbage Airlock Disposal Scene

The garbage airlock disposal scene. Enjoy more WALL-E vids as our marathon continues. Enjoy and comment!

WALL-E 2nd Anniversary: Superbowl Spot

The superbowl spot for WALL-E, and a crossover between Toy Story characters talking about WALL-E, while our litlle trash compactor was busy playing with a Vacuum cleaner. Very funny commercial. Enjoy and comment! (I do not wanna know what WALL-E was doing at 35-40 seconds. Don't ask.).

WALL-E 2nd Anniversary: Ending Scene

The ending scene of WALL-E, one of the most saddest, yet most beautiful moment of the whole film. I nearly cried when I first saw this, HONEST! One of the best ending I have EVER seen in a film like this, another reason to like this film. So, enjoy, comment, and maybe shed a tear or two, one for sadness, and then for happiness...(sniff).....

WALL-E 2nd Anniversary: La Vie En Rose Scene

Another favorite scene of mine from the movie, and the song playing is called "La Vie En Rose" by Luis Armstrong, which fits perfectly in the movie. Very funny, yet romantic scene as WALL-E tries to interact with Eve, resulting in an accident to himself every time. Enjoy and comment! And on with the marathon!

WALL-E 2nd Anniversary: Beginning Scene

Another clip from the film, this time right at the very beginning. Really like the background music that plays. Really ironic considering the background music is all cheery while setting for the first half of the movie is on a post-apocalyptic Earth with no human. But then again, for a film that had almost no dialogue for the first half, nobody really cares, because it's THAT great of a movie. So enjoy this WALL-E clip, and comment as we continue the Marathon celebrating the 2nd anniversary!

WALL-E 2nd Anniversary: Define Dancing

Continuing our marathon, I want to present my MOST favorite scene of the whole movie: WALL-E and Eve dancing in space with great background mmusic. Such a serene, calm, yet cute and beautiful scene that totally made me fall in love with this movie. So, enjoy and comment! (My, aren't they a cute couple?)

WALL-E 2nd Anniversary: Official Trailer

The final, official trailer to Disney Pixar's WALL-E, celebrating the two year anniversary of when WALL-E first came out. So, comment and enjoy, as more WALL-E vids are coming your way!

WALL-E 2nd Anniversary: WALL-E 2nd Trailer

Enjoy the second teaser trailer to the movie WALL-E as we celebrate the two year anniversary since WALL-E was first released, with this marathon of WALL-E videos. Comment, especially if you like this movie!

WALL-E 2nd Anniversary: 1st Trailer

It's June 27, which means it has been two years since the realease of WALL-E! So, in order to celebrate this wondrous event, I am giving you a marathon of WALL-E videos, starting withy the first trailer to thye movie. So, enjoy WALL-E's "2nd" birthday, and enjoy!

Hello there Cascade nation, it's WALLEVE4Ever here. We now take a break from reminiscing about Cascade for some important announcements. One: this is my 40th post!!! I only need 10 more just TEN more un til reach 50! You hear me!?! 50!!!!!! And I may probably reach it by Tomorrow or by next week as I begin to post videos for the WALL-E two anniversary celebration tomorrow! So anyway, barely any thing's going on with my life since school ended. Just watched T.V. played video games, and of course, blogging. Hopefully, ONE of you will update their blog (as I hate being the only alone blogging), and that I'll be posting videos and whatnot on here. Cascade Memories: The First Day (8th Grade Year)

On the first day of school in my 8th grade year, I wasn't scared on the first day. This was mainly because I've developed great bonds with my classmates (you guys) and that many of my older friends attend here for 7th grade. I was still a bit afraid, as 8th grade was going to be tougher than the 7th, and that it was the last year before I go on for High School. However, I was a bit excited for the new year, and that I was eager to show the sevies the ropes around the school, especially since (again) they were longtime friends entering the 7th grade. Orientation was kinda like the same as the the previous year, but with new taechers and a fresh, new, adventure on the same school. One of my favorite memories on that first day was when I first went to Ms. Fitz's 5/6 LA/SS class, where I met all my classmates from Ms. Brook's. Around 6th period, the class all sat in chairs on the carpet, forming a circle. Ms. Fitz gave us some M&M's but not to eat them. The number of M&M's that we got represent the number of things that you would share to the class about yourself (for example, you say three things about yourself if you have 3 M&M's), but it had to be fact. For example, you cannot say you have red hair if your hair color if black. Once you're done sharing, you can eat those M&M's. The expereince was great. We shared many funny things. But when it my turn, I had the biggest laugh. So, what I told the class was: my name, age, that I lived in a family of four, that I had many dead goldfish...Then told them the similraities between Coffee and your Boyfriend. SO the similarities were: that one, he had to be hot. Two, had to be rich. ANd finally, three...HE HAD TO KEEP YOU UP ALL NIGHT!!! My class laughed, HARD. So, overall, it was one of THE most fun first days I've had...

Now back to our regularly scheduled program

Sorry about the whole Michael Jackson thing. But now that the r=tribute day is over, we can finally return with the Cascade memories, as I share my favorite memories continues (unless I wait until after June 27, where I make another marathon celebrating the WALL-E 2-year anniversary tomorrow). But anywho, back to the show!

Michael Jackson Tribute Day: Beat It

The next song from our tribute marathon is "Beat It". Enjoy, and comment. However, to those who hate Michael Jackson, then Beat It! (Haha, jk. EVERYBODY loves Michael Jackson).

Michael Jackson Tribute Day: Smooth Criminal

Another great song from Michael Jackson as we continue our marathon celebrating the King Of Pop's greatest works. He really is a Smooth Criminal, wouldn't you agree?

Michael Jackson Tribute Day: Don't Stop 'Till You Get Enough

The 4th song on our Michael Jackson Tribute Day showcasing some of his best music. So, comment and enjoy, and keep one thing in mind: Don't Stop 'Till You Get Enough!

Michael Jackson Tribute Day: Bad

Another song continuing the Michael Jackson Tribute day. This one is "Bad". So, enjoy and comment, and R.I.P. MJ! (Sorry Ms. Fitz, this is NOT Michael Jordan here).

Michael Jackson Tribute Day: Billie Jean

The next song on our Michael Jackson tribute marathon is "Billie Jean". So, enjoy, comment, and let us remember the greatest musical icon that is Michael Jackson!

It begins! Michael Jackson Day Tribute: Thriller

Cascade Memories: Lewis And Clark Presentation

(Note: 30th post! 20 more until I reach the big 5-0!) One of THE most memorable memories that none of you will forget was in the 7th grade in Ms. Brook's class. She had us assigned a mini research project (as a warm-up for the CBA) where we chose a specific topic to research, make a poster, and write an essay/oral speech to the audience about what we rearched about that topic. I chose the Lewis and Clark expedition as my topic for research. Over the next several weeks, I managed to gather my info, wrote my speech, and then worked on the poster. The research part was hard enough. But while I was trying to make my poster, I kinda rushed and just slapped the pictures on. It was pretty ugly to say the least, but with a little help from my Mom, I had the whole poster redone, and wrapped in a plastic garbage bag to be preserved in mint condition (this explains why I make awesome posters). And on time too. Ms. Brooks had us present for two days, and I went up during the second day. I was in the middle part of the presentations. As I was called up (since Ms. Brooks would just call on us randomly) I had a plan to present in a way no one else presented before. I had practiced the night before, and I thought in my mind that I better hope that practice truly made perfect. Once I started, I just...Went to the flow. I spoke loud, clear, and I also tried to manipulate my facial expressions for good measure. Then I unveiled my secret weapon: using my hands, I used varouis gestures to illustrate certain events and immerse them into greater detail. When I was done, everyone was speechless. At the end of the day, Ms. Brooks congratulated me as I was given the honor of having the best presentation (and poster) from the whole class. And that was it. That wass the day I realized my potential to speak strongly and passionately on things that I would care for. And because of the events that transpired onb that day, I knew that my speechspeaking skills will serve me well in the future. And come 8th grade year, it did...

Cascade Memories: All for one and one for all!

A great memory that is one of my favorite memories during my time in Cascade was min 7th grade, where I went to my first field trip of my Middle School years. It was in Ms. Brook's class, where periods 1 and 2 (the classes in which I attended) went on a field trip in Seattle to go to see a play on the Three Musketeers. We sat on the seats near the back, and, when the play began, I was to say it was the most exhilarating plays I've ever seen. The first half of the play was mostly comedy, but then slowly transitioned to a darker mood, as the action and plot intensified. Moreover, the actors actually did actual sword fights using actual swords, and even used real guns, which safe to say, scared me a lot every time they used it (note: no one was hurt during the production of this play). There was even a scene where one of the characters fired a shot, and a person from the front seats jumped up in surprise from the sound, and a shoe can be seen flying up toward the stage! (Very funny yet scary.) The play lasted around 90-120 minutes with a intermission to go to the bathroom halfway through the play. After that,m we ate lunch, hung around the gift shop, and well, that was it. Although that was the only field trip i took in the 7th grade, it was still a fun day, and I also got to hung out and bond with my friends a little more.

Cascade Memories: A New School, A New Adventure

Hey, it's WALLEVE4ver, and as promised, I mentioned in an earlier post that I would be sharing my favorite memeories about Cascade. So, to start things off, I would like to talk about my first day of school all the way back in the 7th Grade. Now to be honest, I was really scared about what to expect from middle school; there may be bullies and gangs, the assignments might be too hard to handle, and that each our classes are called "periods". I find myself running toward to and getting confused as to where to go for each class, as each passing time lasted 5 minutes, which in my mind, wasn't long enough to transition. However, I did mangae to survive the first of many days that is Middle School. I went around each class on time, met a lot of teachers, and, accompanied by some old friends that I've made in Elementary, I slowly but surely began to realize my potential to survive Middle School. And the first day of school was also the first I met many of you guys, and eventually forged the unbreakable bonds of friendships that binds us all together. I went into Middle School thinking it would be prison; instead I found a road to a new adventure, a new journey that awaits and will continue on for the next two years...

Coming soon: The legacy of Toy Story

Hey, just want to let everyone know, I actually foundf the first two Toy Story films on YouTube! So, in collaboration of the trilogy's third movie, I will be uploading the first two Toy Story movies (hopefully before that one guy's channel containing those movies run a risk of getting suspended) and remembereing the first two great movies. After that, I'm off to see #3, though I might need to see the first two movies to understand the plots for the third movie. So, stay tuned for more developments!

Queen: Under Pressure

Just a perfect song to end the school year. No it's not another song suggestion (Ms. Fitz never did put any of the songs I suggested for the slideshow. Oh well, I still enjoyed it though.) One of the classic songs of all time. Enjoy, and comment! Oh...and Happy Summer!

Coming soon: Why June 27 is an important day for THIS movie and Pixar fans...

So: why is June 27 important? Well, that day marks the 2year anniversary since Pixar first released one of my most favorite movies from them of all time (at least until I see Toy Story 3): WALL-E!!! So, in celebration of this event, on June 27, I will upload another TRUCKLOAD of videos featuring clips from the movie, favorite songs from the movie, and possibly even a movie review. So, WALL-E fans, enjoy WALL-E's second B-Day! (Even though he's 700 years old, lol). (Note: does anyone else notice that I've already reached 25 posts, more than all your guy's blogs?)

The Last Day

Well guys. It's been fun. After a seemingly endless challenge of tests, and projects, Middle School has finally come to a close. It was great making new frineds, and seeing old ones, as well as getting along with your teachers, as well as learning academic, and even life lessons along the way. I would like to thank EVERYONE for giving me in what seems to be the BEST middle achool experience any person has ever experienced in their lives. Hope we can meet again in the future, as well as keeping in contact. I'll see you all agin in High School, where hopefully, things will be more fun than ever before. So for now, keep in contact this summer. I'll also be posting my favorite memeories in the two years I've attended Cascade. So, it's been a wild ride guys. Until then...Stay gold.-WALLEVE4Ever, your fellow CMS classmate, and devoted friend.

New Beginning (Poem)

It's the end of one road.
The beginning of another.
Reach for the stars,
It's a New Beginning!

I've passed all my tests.
I can finally rest.
I've endured all this pain.
All my efforts weren't in vain.

I'd wipe away your tears.
Fight away all these fears.
Now we'vre reached the end.
We'll meet again, all my friends!

It's finally over.
But it's just begun!

It's the end of one road!
The beginning of another!
Reach For the stars!
It's a new beginning!

End of one journey!
Beginning of anew!
Grasp for the light!
It's a New Beginning!

So what do guys think of my poem? Comment.

With summer just on the front door, there are plenty of things this summer that I'm looking forward too. One is the road trip/ vacation my family's going to take this summer, as mentioned in one of my earlier posts. I also look forward to what kind of activity that I'm going to do this summer, like camping, etc. I either plan in taking Guitar lessons, or (every boy at one point in life will have to do this)or karate lessons. And without school slowing me down, I plan on creating a seperate blog for which I'll start writing my first book. Really looking forward for this summer!-

8th Grade Promomotion Speech Sneek Peek

Just turned in my draft of my speech to Ms. Mizuta, and I think I'm in. That's right, everyone's favorite epic speechmaker is about do it again in 8th grade Promotion, where I'll shar some of my most memorable experiences of the wonderful school that is Cascade. Here's the intro:

My fellow 8th graders, my name is Jan Patrick Campanano, your classmante here in Cascade Middle School. I am here today to address my purpose and my directive...To reminsce and forver cherish and immortalize these memories that I've sepnt with you all, that I've spent these last two years learning academically, growing personally, and forging new bonds between the students and teachers at this school. It is in my honor, that on the last days of the school year, that I will be the one who finishes this new chapter that we have all made when we first came here for what seemed like long ago...

So, what do you think? Comment. Thank you.

BP Oil Spill FAIL

It IS the biggest FAIL in Big oil history...
*Sigh* really feel sorry for those animals, struggling to survive as their natural habitats are being destroyed from all that oil. I'm even a bit ashamed that this was our own doing as well, and even though we are taking responsibilities in cleaning our own mess up...We STILL haven't learn from the same mistakes in the past, like the 1989 Alskan Gulf spill...

CBA Experience (Part 2)

As mentioned in an earlier post, my topic was the death penalty, the issue was whether it shold remain legal, and my position was no, it shoudn't. So, at CBA night, I managed to present to about 9 people, but as the event began, I found myself in a packed gym with no air conditioning. Singing "you're the best around" mentally, I was able to survive through CBA night, though if it weren't for my speech being a page and a half long, I would gotten more than 9! One of my greatest challenges was presenting to to people that asked you questions without using the eval. sheet. I declare that this fateful night was the night my speech-speaking skills were put to the ultimate test.

Friday, June 11, 2010

The CBA Experience

Last Night was CBA night, where 8th graders got to show their presenations. Our project hoal was to study and gather information on a specific issue, gathering resaerch on you and your opponent's viewpoints, and using facts and details from the constsitution, court cases, etc. You must also determine whether or not your viewpoint on the issue supports the Common Good, or an individual's rights.

Unwanted Memories Lyrics

Lyrics For a song that I wrote over Spring Break:
Love is like a drug, we just can't get enough of it.
Love is like a Neccesity.
But when I abused the power of love,
I knew that things won't go my way.
So when I wasted my time chasing after her,
she brought me down, and I felt terrible.
But I knew in mind that I had to move on,
But in order to do so, I had to deal with the painful past.
So let's forget all these Unwanted Memories!
But things won't be the same again!
Throw away all these Unwanted Memories!
Still, I find myself falling for you!
Love is pain, and pain is love.
But when she brought me down, I felt nothing but pain.
So when I remembered those,
four words that broght me down,
the past comes back to haunt me once more.
So let's forget all these Unwanted Memories!
But things won't be the same again!
Throw away all these Unwanted Memories!
Still, I find myself falling for you!
Why did I chase after you?
When I knew, I had no chance!
Why did I ruin,
such a great friendship!
But there's only one thing...
One thing that you should know...
I want to fix things over with you!
I want to start over with you!
I want to leave the past behind!
And in order to do so,
We must deal with this together!
So let's forget all these Unwanted Memories!
But things won't be the same again!
Throw Away all these Unwanted Memories!
Still, I find myself falling for you!
So let's forget all these Unwanted Memories!
But things won't be the same again ! (Same again!)
Throw way all these Unwanted Memories!
Still, I find myself falling for you!
Unwanted Memories!
Things won't be the same!
Unwanted Memeories!
Falling For You!

CBA Night

CBA Night is Thursday Night, at 5:30 to 7:00. 8th graders come to show their presentations in the gym and their posters. Anyway, what is your topic, and your position on your topic.

My topic: Should The Death Penalty Remain Legal?
My Position: No, the death penalty should not remain legal (...don't ask why I'm not supporting it).
